Shipping and returns


We usually ship within one or two days after the order is placed. Coffee is shipped as fresh as possible, usually on the roast date. We ship wherever it’s possible to ship by PostNL.


Due to the nature of our product, fresh coffee, it is not possible to return the coffee. If you are under the impression that something is not right with your coffee or there is some other problem please contact us so we can work out a solution.
